West Coast Coast Casualty 2015

Mark Collinsworth spoke at the 2015 West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Conference in Anaheim, California.  Mr. Collinsworth was part of a panel that discussed issued related to recovery of Crawford fees by a developer against subcontractors, as well as alternative strategies and uses of experts in construction defect cases.  The conference is the largest construction defect seminar in the United States.
