Rebecca is a civil litigator with diverse experience in both plaintiff and defense work. Ms. Kurtz has extensive experience in commercial and business litigation, including partnership and entity disputes, product liability, and professional malpractice defense. Additionally, Ms. Kurtz has represented developers in a variety of capacities, including construction defect defense, coverage matters, and lender actions. Her experience also includes medical malpractice, premises liability, and appellate work. Ms. Kurtz has extensive experience in all facets of litigation, including effective motion work, written discovery, depositions, and trials.

Rebecca loves baseball, hiking, gardening, and traveling whenever possible. As a mother of three boys, when not working, she is always on the go.
