Francisco Mayoral Fernandez is an associate at Collinsworth, Specht, Calkins & Giampaoli, LLP. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, construction law, and general business matters. He represents owners, contractors, and businesses in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and motions to conducting discovery and negotiating resolutions. He approaches each matter as a strategic advocate focused on achieving optimal outcomes through analytical problem solving and a steadfast commitment to his clients’ goals.
A Phoenix native and first-generation college graduate, Francisco graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Law. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he served as Associate Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal, completed the Trial Advocacy Program earning a Trial Advocacy Certificate, and received the Highest Pro Bono Distinction. While in law school he interned with the Arizona House of Representative’s General Counsel and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, gaining practical experience in litigation and legislative matters. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, watching sports, and spending time with his fiancée and their dog, Ellie.
